This control system was originally designed for small waste water treatment plants, but fits just as well for other control and regulation applications. The sequence program is generated easily by editing a Microsoft Excel® spreadsheet, exporting it point-and-click and copying it via a provided PC-software to the SPC. The sequence program can contain up to 30 steps. The step length, the number of repetitions, the relay to be swiched, the jump adress against the input signal and the buzzer on/off can be configured in Excel®. The current step number and the remaining time is indicated during the operation on the bright LED-display. Displaying other notifications (i.e. operating hours) and editing the step times in situ is possible via three buttons on the printed circuit board. To announce alarms and errors the sequence control unit is equipped with a buzzer and a battery.
