Characteristics

• The spot welding device WELDMAN is a compact and powerful unit, combining a newly designed electronic control system with precise mechanics.
• The gradual electrode pressure adjustment of the electronic control guarantees maximum precision and excellent results. The operation is facilitated through a minimum of well-situated switches and buttons within easy reach.
• Included in the supply is a pneumatic switch which can be used for remote control. Likewise included is a handset for the soft-annealing of wires.
• The principal of functioning on which this unit is based is that of the temperature developed in the point of contact where two metals of low conductivity (steel, iron, …) are brought together. => The lower the conductivity, the better the result of the welding. Metals of high conductivity like copper or aluminum can hardly be processed at all!
