Features

• The equipment is programmable in extension- or user mode regarding public network access, restrictions (see above) or the accounting of fees.
• Accounting of fees according to time units is possible. Differentiation between local calls, trunk calls and international calls.
• Granting of credit can be done: For each extension or user, the allocation of an account with a fixed number of time units in case of external calls is pre-programmable.
• Music-on-hold.
• Time-delayed call from 0 – 9 ringing tones is programmable for each extension.
• This function can be used as a passive switch for fax or modem.
• The function „Please do not disturb” is possible for external and internal calls at each extension.
• Call-waiting for an external call for an extension busy with an internal call is possible.
• Request for trunk exchange line while another extension is busy with an external call.
• Return call if request was unsuccessful. Reservation of external exchange line possible. The extension for which the next free external line was reserved will get enable signal (short ringing tone).
• Modem connections with 33.6 kBaud possible.
• Converting of internal tone dialing to pulse dialing when an external connection is set up.
• Built-in two-stage balanced protection against high voltage (f.e. lightning strike, …) by gas surge arrester and post-connected high-speed semi-conductor devices.
